Leadership for Digital Transformation Micro-Credential

Free to individuals from eCampusOntario member institutions who are Ontario post-secondary publicly funded Colleges, Universities and Indigenous Institutes.

Higher education is in the era of Digital Transformation (Dx) where institutions are redefining how we teach and learn. Dx is far more than simply adopting a new technology or supporting online education. Instead, we are looking at the infusion of digital tools and practices into complex educational systems that transform an institution's operations, strategic directions, and value proposition (Educause, 2022). Everyone in the institution has a role to play in Digital Transformation and will need the skills necessary to fully participate. These skills can be deliberately developed in our Leadership for Digital Transformation program. 

This program is designed to:

• Foster an understanding of the significance of digital transformation in education;
• Drive change and innovation through stakeholder engagement and effective communication;
• Navigate the digital ecosystem and promote creativity and idea generation;
• Foster digital intelligence and alignment between IT and business strategies; and
• Implement effective project management strategies for successful digital transformation.

The Leadership for Digital Transformation program aims to empower you to drive digital transformation within your institution or organization, enabling you to embrace personal responsibility in the journey towards Dx. Modules include:
